Sunday for the Soul:

Please join me and fellow Breathwork facilitator, Katie Rain, on a special Sunday for the Soul: A Breathwork and Intention Setting Retreat in the beautiful Pagoda at McEvoy Ranch in Petaluma, California.

We will begin the day with a group gathering, focused on setting intentions and harnessing your power to achieve the goals and desires in your life. After the powerful workshop, we will take a short break to enjoy the private property with light bites and refreshments. We will then make our way to the enchanting Pagoda to close out the day with a transformative Breathwork session.
